Rob Rollins - Divison Manager/Owner - Hired 1997
Passion is what Rob Rollins brings to Nashville Wire Products. Being part of the 3rd generation that owns this formidable organization fuels this passion and gives Rob a uniquely deep knowledge of our industry. Growing up working in all phases of the company, from the production line to his present role of division manager, has provided the strong foundation Rob's used to increase our market share. Overseeing strategic direction, operation, and sales does keep Rob busy but after extensive tracking we can confirm that he still manages to make it to the gym more days per week than Steve Johnson.
Steve Johnson - VP of Sales - Hired 1994
A friend to everyone a stranger to none, Steve Johnson's dedication and drive has broadened Nashville Wire's scope and customer base exponentially. Leader of our sales force and member of the MBOA, Steve was a pioneer in developing our dealer stocking program as well as generating strong strategic distributor partnerships. Married and the father of two beautiful daughters few people know that when Steve started in this industry he actually had hair.
Matt Hendon – Sales Manager – Hired 1993
It is not often that a person spends their entire career with one company, but Matt has. Starting as intern during college Matt has grown in knowledge and experience to become an elite member of our team. His value to both our staff, whom he trains and guides daily, and clients, who lean on him for design and application solutions, cannot be overstated. An avid cyclist and member of the racing circuit Matt still enjoys long grueling rides thru the rolling hills of Tennessee. Married with two young boys Matt stays just as busy at home as he does at the office.
Adam Wray – Regional Sales Manager – Hired 1999
Adam has built quite an impressive resume in his time at Nashville Wire filling multiple roles including engineering technician, logistics manager, IS coordinator, and Lowe's factory representative. Adam's most impressive work has come as a regional sales manager where he has used our Lodi, NJ FOB point to grow the Nashville Wire presence I the northeast. Our interoffice tech guru and neat freak, Adam Wray has both the coolest gizmos and neatest office by far. After dusting his desk to end his day Adam enjoys going home and spending time with his lovely wife.
Adam Thompson – Regional Sales Manager – Hired 2009
The newest addition to the Nashville Wire team, Adam Thompson has been brought on board for the role of regional sales manager for the West Coast as well as Marketing Manager. With a background in the online sports news space, Adam brings a fresh mentality to our marketing efforts, as well as a client centered focus that is already helping us build sales numbers in the Western US. A sports enthusiast Adam enjoys his weekly basketball games, gold, and prides himself on having the most perfectly gelled hair in the office.
Greg Bates - National Accounts Manager – Hired 1991
Working in National Accounts Greg manages our big box retail accounts and catalog customers. A strong analyst, Greg sets pricing for all our products and manages necessary adjustments by monitoring fluctuations in material and labor costs. The bottom line is Greg makes sure our pricing keeps us both competitive and profitable. A fan of America's favorite pastime Greg has spent the last several summers coaching rec league baseball.
Steve Proctor – Product Engineer/Sales – Hired 1988
With 21 years of experience Steve Proctor is our elder statesman. Charged with making sure the decks you receive perform to the specifications you desire, Steve manages product design and testing. Steve is not a singularly focused in his day to day tasks, as he also regularly gets involved in quoting and catalog sales. Steve is a passionate hockey fan who regular attends Nashville Predator games and few people know for 10 years he was a fully commissioned volunteer police officer.
Amanda Pardue – Inside Sales – Hired 2001
Building and maintaining strong client/vendor relations is one of the core focuses at Nashville Wire and it's a big reason why Amanda Pardue is on the front line. Mentioned time and again by clients is the efficiency, knowledge, and courtesy displayed by Amanda everyday. An animal lover, Amanda owns two Jack Russell puppies which keep her on the move and active. Big on exercise and spending time with family and friends, Amanda is always on the go.
Roger Carroll – Inside Sales – Hired 1996
Never without a joke or a story, Roger Carroll has been a house favorite both in and out of the office for years. With 13 years at Nashville Wire Roger has a strong foundation that has allowed him to work with clients on any job no matter how unique the application. Though people ask to work with Roger daily it is not the first time in his career he has taken requests. A musician for many years Roger has played bass with the likes of Willie Nelson, Billy Walker, and Hank Snow. With Snow Roger was featured at the Grand Ole Opry for 20 years.
Tasha Sykes – Customer Service – 2000
Every office has a one person that knows all. At Nashville Wire that person is Tasha Sykes. If an associate has a question but can't find the answer chances are they will be making a trip to Tasha's desk. Working in all levels of our organization from sales and customer service to logistics and accounting Tasha is the glue that keeps things together. A devout football and basketball fan Tasha loves to follow the Lady Vols of the University of Tennessee.
