HARASSMENT FREE WORKPLACE
NWP has zero tolerance for harassment of any kind. Individually and collectively, we share the responsibility for understanding the importance of pleasant working relationships, and for assuring that every employee is welcomed, accepted and recognized according to individual contributions to reaching our goals and objectives.

We are committed to offering employment opportunities based on ability and performance, in a productive climate, free from discrimination. Accordingly, harassment of any kind by supervisors, managers, or co-workers will not be tolerated. Nashville Wire Products has adopted a 'Zero Tolerance' policy towards harassment to protect employees, to the fullest extent possible, from reported harassment by non-employees in the work place.

DRUG FREE WORKPLACE

NWP complies with the 'Drug Free Workplace Act' and has a longstanding commitment to maintaining the highest standards for employee safety and health. We take pride in providing every employee with a work environment that is safe and free of illegal drugs and controlled substances, illegal weapons, and alcoholic beverages. The use of controlled substances or the misuse of alcohol by employees is contrary to these high standards.

A negative drug test is required before an applicant can be hired. In addition, a drug and alcohol test is mandatory for employees involved in any work-related accident or illness that requires medical treatment.

NON-UNION POLICY STATEMENT

We prefer to deal with people directly, rather than through a representative or labor union. Our personnel policies and programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of employees by providing a positive environment where each employee enjoys the maximum opportunity for open communication, conflict resolution and job satisfaction.

We accept our responsibility to provide wage and benefit levels that are competitive and pledge to review our programs on an annual basis. Our position regarding union is simple and straightforward. We will respect our employees' wishes, whatever they may be, but we do not feel a union is necessary in this company.
